The company was founded in 1996 in New Jersey and moved operations to Wilmington, NC in 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Manufacturing of small Tungsten Electrodes, Pins, and Needles for medical and industrial applications.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cologne, Germany and have managed several manufacturing companies for precision parts before staring my own company. We first built CNC needle point grinding machines and developed the needle pointing process for Tungsten Needles.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are ISO 13485 certified. Our operation is highly automated. Zero defect and on-time delivery is always guaranteed. We focus on our customer's requirements and try to exceed our customer's expectations regarding quality and service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Wilmington and are considering expanding.

We are located in the Dutch Square Industrial Park in Wilmington, North Carolina, about 10 minutes from the airport (ILM).
What type of payments do you accept?
Standard terms are 30 days net. We work with our customers to find the best payment terms for both companies.
